Bruce was born in America, but moved to Canada at age 2 and grew up in Toronto and Windsor, then lived in and around Toronto for the rest of his 50-year-life.

Jack was born in America, moved at age 1 to Canada, and grew up in Toronto and Windsor. Then he went to U of T, and lived in Ohio for 20 years, then Hawaii for about 50 years, not including a 6-year-stint in the Marshall Islands.

Gene was born in Windsor, Canada, then moved to Detroit at age 10, and lived in Michigan for the rest of his life.
